had a wonderful band practice with the boys last night… this whole three piece thing is pretty cool when it’s workin’…

i’ve taken to using one of the house amps at evolution instead of lugging mine in every week… either a modded marshall jcm 800 or a jcm 900 model with a boost function… good lord they sound good… i reckon there’s a reason that the whole les paul – marshall thing has the reputation of being a fine combination… i spend a lot of time just marvelling at the creamy chunky goodness washing forth over me at somewhat elevated decibel levels… i guess that makes it sound a little like peanut butter…
